# Greg Wright > Strategic communication and leadership. Senior consulting and interim leadership across marketing, communications, strategy, and AI adoption. Keynote speaking and voiceover work alongside. Twenty years in the practice. ## About Greg Wright is a strategic leader, marketing and communications executive, speaker, and commercial voiceover artist. Currently Executive Vice President, Talent & Marketing Operations at the Association of National Advertisers, leading the Financial Management & Marketing Operations division. Previously Communications Manager at the American Institute of CPAs. Volunteer side: Marketing Officer for American Mensa, and leadership of the North Hollywood West Neighborhood Council. Currently finishing a Doctorate of Business Administration. Earlier degrees: an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Political Science and Geography. Neurodiversity shapes how the work happens. It informs how rooms are read, how teams are built, and how engagements are designed. Eunoia, the Greek concept of beautiful thinking, is the underlying principle Greg tries to bring into client work, into teaching, and into the spaces he is part of. ## How the work happens Every engagement starts with the same question: what are you actually trying to do, and how will you tell whether it worked? Once that is clear, everything else gets planned around it. Sometimes that means a full rollout. Sometimes a tightly scoped pilot. Sometimes a decision not to deploy yet. The deliverable comes out of the question, not the other way around. That logic holds across AI adoption, senior marketing and communications work, and the speaking and voiceover practice. ## Services ### Executive leadership Interim or fractional senior leadership when an organization is in transition: growth, restructure, leadership gap, a strategy that needs to be built and then executed. The pattern of the work is consistent: get clear on what the organization is actually trying to do, build the team that can do it, and put a culture around them that does not collapse under pressure. The approach is grounded in ethical practice and in Eunoia, the Greek concept of beautiful thinking. ### Marketing and communications leadership Two decades in marketing and communications, available for interim leadership, advisory engagements, or a fresh strategic look at a stalled program. The work spans strategic planning, content, public relations, and operational leadership. ### Voiceover Commercial voiceover alongside the communications practice. The voice has been described as warm, engaging, trustworthy, authoritative. Work spans commercials, e-learning, documentaries, and audiobooks. Professional-grade studio, fast turnaround, voiceover direction available when needed. ### Speaking and hosting Keynotes, panels, podcast appearances, and stage hosting on marketing, leadership, neurodiverse leadership, and ethical decision-making. Presentations are written for the room they are going into. Custom keynotes built around your event arc are the default. ### Consulting Business strategy, marketing, communications, and leadership. The deliverable depends on the engagement: a fresh look at the brand, a content plan, a digital marketing review, a culture audit, an engagement on neurodiversity and inclusive practice. Pricing is project-based and scoped after a first conversation. Most engagements run four to twelve weeks. ## Portfolio highlights Practitioner writing across two decades in marketing and communications. The catalogue includes: - LGBTQ+ marketing inclusion.
